Workshop Methodology
The methodology to be adopted in the workshop includes interactive presentations, Group Exercises, Games, Motivational Videos, Role plays, & Experience sharing by the resource persons and participants.
Resource Persons:
Mr. Pravin Sathe is presently the director of Elixir Communications, Mumbai. He holds an MBA - from Symbiosis Inst. Of Business Management, Pune. He possesses over ten years experience in Marketing, training and consulting. He has worked for many companies including Boehringer Knoll, Advantage India, and Crestcom. His areas of interest in training include Communication development, Team Building, Coaching, Sales and presentation skills. He has conducted training and consultancy for premier organizations which include, Tata Consultancy Services, HSBC, Cadbury India, Onida and many more.
Mr.Vijayanand is a leading Trainer and Communication Skills Coach. He holds a degree in Psychology and a Diploma in Counseling Skills. He has over six years of experience in corporate training. He has conducted training programmes for many leading organizations which include, Infosys, Oracle, IL& FS etc. He is a member of Toastmasters International. He has won several awards in Communication and presentation Skills. He is also a visiting faculty at ICFAI Business School, & R.V.Institute of Management.
Mr.Siraj is the Founder Director, Institute of HRD. He is a Rank Holder in Engineering from Mysore University. He holds an M.B.A in Human Resources Management. He has designed and successfully conducted a wide range of training programmes for MNC’s Private and Public sector enterprises. He was the Vice President-South of Indian Society for Training & Development, during 2001-2002. Mr.Siraj has personally conducted training programmes for many organizations which include ITC Infotech, Siemens, Larsen & Toubro Ltd., ABB Ltd., Ranbaxy Laboratories, and many more. He is a member of Toastmaster International, U.S.A, since 1992.
