Resource Persons: Mr. D.T. Devare is holds an MBA and LLB from Pune University and has an overall HRM experience of over 25 years. He has served many large organizations which include Tata Motors, Grindwell Norton, and TVS Electronics. He has handled a variety of assignments for organizations in both IT and Non-IT sectors. Mr. Devare has been a visiting faculty at institutions such as IIM-Bangalore, HRD NETWORK, ISTD, and NIPM etc. He regularly visits AMA (Ahmedabad Management Association) to conduct workshops. During 1993-95, Devare was the President of National HRD Network, Bangalore. He has been the CONTENT EXPERT for the only Indian film on Emotional Intelligence. Mr.Siraj is the Founder Director, Institute of HRD. He is a Rank Holder in Engineering from Mysore University. He holds an M.B.A in Human Resources Management. He has designed and successfully conducted a wide range of training programmes for MNC’s Private and Public sector enterprises. He was the Vice President-South of Indian Society for Training & Development, during 2001-2002. Mr.Siraj has personally conducted training programme for many organizations which include ITC Infotech, Siemens, Larsen & Toubro Ltd., ABB Ltd., Ranbaxy Laboratories, and many more. He is a member of Toastmaster International, U.S.A, since 1992.
