Mr. Chandrasekar Pandyan

In the Corporate India’s landscape, Chandrasekar Pandyan finds his place amongst the elite group being one among the first few `Certified Knowledge Managers’ from the `International KM Institute’ of USA.  With 19 years of Industry experience, he led the Enterprise Innovation & KM Strategic Programs at FMR Corporation from its Fidelity-India Office. His role spans across all the business units influencing the Learning Organization promoting the Competency - Talent - Knowledge - Innovation Continuum. Prior to this assignment, he headed the Document, Content & Knowledge Management Services Group for Intel Corporation. Earlier, he worked with MindTree, Virtusa, Infogain Corporation and Ramco Systems Limited for their Strategic KM Programs.  He had successfully championed ‘Balanced Scorecard’ - BSC based Strategic Corporate Change Management initiatives involving Systems, Processes and Infrastructure to roll out Knowledge Creation, Capture, Organization, Access, Reuse and Ideation Programs.
